Ingredients:
• 200g – broken wheat/samba rava
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 1 Red Chilli
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – small Carrot
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Channa dal
• 1 tsp – Peanuts (roasted/raw)
• Salt to taste
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
Method:
- Finely chop the onion, tomato, carrot, ginger, and green chilli.
- Heat oil and temper the mustard seeds, dals, peanuts, curry leaves, and broken red chilli.
- Add onions and chilli and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, carrot, ginger, rava, and salt and fry for 2 more minutes.
- Add one and a half cups of water and stir well.
- Cover and cook on a low flame for about 8 minutes or till done.
