
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seed
• 1 tsp – dried Mint leaf powder
• 1 tsp – Amchoor (dried mango) powder
• 1/2 tsp – dried green or bleached chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – sugar, powdered
• 1 tsp – salt
Method:
- Lightly roast cumin seeds on a warmed griddle or tawa.
- Remove on to a plate, crush with in mortar and pestle or with stone.
- Cool to room temperature, add all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Use over fresh breads, buns, pastas, rice, fresh fruit, etc.
