
Ingredients:
• 3 cups cashew powder
• 1 cup Milk powder
• 2 cups Sugar
• 1 tbsp Ghee
Method:
- Roast cashew powder and milk powder together till the raw smell disappears.
- Make a sugar syrup of a one-thread consistency.
- Add everything to the syrup and cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Pour over a greased thali and cut into desired shapes.
