Ingredients:
• 115 g – flour.
• 2 tsp – baking powder.
• 1/4 tsp – ground Nutmeg apple.
• 60 g – milk.
• 1 large egg.
• 2 tbsps – vegetable oil.
• 60 g – pieces of chocolate.
• icing.
• chocolate spread.
Method:
- Put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Make a hollow into the centre of ingredients and put milk, egg and oil into it.
- Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
- Preheat the donut making appliance for 5 mins.
- Fill in one level tbsp. of butter per donut mould and close appliance.
- Baking time: 3-3 1/2 min. or until the desired degree of brownness has been achieved.
- Take finished donuts from the mould and use up remaining batter in the same way.
