Ingredients:
• 500 gms – fleshy fish fillets
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – Orange food color (optional)
Method:
- Wash the fish and marinate it with all the above ingredients
- Pack tightly on a skewer, or place the tikkas on a greased baking tray.
- Baste with a little butter or ghee and grill on a wire rack in a moderate oven till golden brown.
- Squeeze lemon juice on the tikkas when done.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
