
Ingredients:
• 100 g – murmure
• 1/2 cup – sev
• 1/2 cup – roasted Channa dal
• 1 – small piece Ginger
• 2 – medium sized or 1 – big Onion
• 3 – medium sized Tomatoes
• 1 – Green chilli
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• Coriander, finely chopped as per taste
• Salt as per taste
• For Seasoning: 4 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• few karipatta
• few groundnuts
• For Garnishing: coriander, finely chopped
• Lemon
Method:
- Take a big kadai, put oil. When hot add mustard seeds.
- Then add channa and urad dal and let it fry for a minute.
- Add the groundnuts and roast it for a while.
- Add curry patta and finely chopped ginger.
- Fry for a minute.
- Add very finely chopped onion and green chilli.
- Let fry till soft and done, almost brown.
- Then add finely chopped tomatoes. Let it cook.
- Meanwhile, when the tomatoes are almost done, wash murmure in more water and drain thoroughly.
- Keep it aside and add roasted channa dal.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric and salt to taste.
- Add the drained murmure and mix thoroughly.
- Fry for 3-5 mins.
- Then add sev just before switching off the stove, add coriander.
- Serve it hot.
