Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Onion paste
• 100 g – Paneer
• 1/4 cup – oil or Butter
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder
• 3 tsp – fresh Cream
• 1/2 cup – Tomato paste
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 4 tsp – Cashew nut paste
• 2 tsp – Butter
• salt – to taste
• coriander for garnishing
Method:
- Cut paneer into medium size pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add onion paste. Fry till golden brown in colour.
- Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
- Now, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala, turmeric and salt.
- Mix well and fry for 3-4 mins.
- Add tomato paste, curd, cashewnut paste, butter, fresh cream and paneer to it.
- Mix well and boil for 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
