
Ingredients:
• 3 large raw mangoes, peeled, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Raisins
• 1 cup – Vinegar
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – roasted Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Onion seeds (kalonji)
Method:
- Heat vinegar and sugar.
- Add mangoes and raisins.
- Cook and add all spices.
- Cook till thick and shiny.
- Cool and serve.
