
Ingredients:
• 2 – Boiled Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Boiled Corn
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 2 tsp – French beans
• 1 tbsp – Cabbage
• 1 tbsp – Carrot
• 1 tbsp – Besan
• 1/2 tsp – Shahijeera
• 2 tbsps – mashed mutter
• 1 tbsp – Garlic Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Cashew powder
Method:
- Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl and add boiled corn into it.
- In a pan, take a spoon of oil and add finely chopped French beans, carrot, cabbage.
- In another pan, roast besan and shahjeera for a while and add into the vegetables.
- Add mashed mutter and chopped green chillies. Saute it for a min.
- Shift this mixture to bowl. Add salt, chat masala, garam masala and cashew powder and mix well.
- Roll mixture around satay sticks and grill on hot pan.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
