Ingredients:

• 1 pound – seedless Dates
• 100 g – Almonds
• 100 g – Pistachios
• 100 g – Cashew nuts
• 2 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Grind the dates in a grinder.
  2. Chop all the dry fruits.
  3. In a pan, heat ghee and add ground dates and dry fruit together.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a pan for about 10 minutes on medium to low fire.
  5. Let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
  6. Make long cylindrical rolls with the hand.
  7. Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to harden.
  8. Then cut it into round pieces.
  9. Serve.
