Ingredients:

• 2 – Boiled Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Boiled Corn
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 2 tsp – French beans
• 1 tbsp – Cabbage
• 1 tbsp – Carrot
• 1 tbsp – Besan
• 1/2 tsp – Shahijeera
• 2 tbsps – mashed mutter
• 1 tbsp – Garlic Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Cashew powder

Method:

  1. Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl and add boiled corn into it.
  2. In a pan, take a spoon of oil and add finely chopped French beans, carrot, cabbage.
  3. In another pan, roast besan and shahjeera for a while and add into the vegetables.
  4. Add mashed mutter and chopped green chillies. Saute it for a min.
  5. Shift this mixture to bowl. Add salt, chat masala, garam masala and cashew powder and mix well.
  6. Roll mixture around satay sticks and grill on hot pan.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney.
