Ingredients:

• 100 g – cheese, grated
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – flour
• 50 g – Butter
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 12 slices – bread

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the bread.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and smear a little oil.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the cheese mixture and fry on low heat until light brown on each side.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
