
Ingredients:
• Baby Corn – 5
• Maida – 1 tsp
• Rice Flour – 1 tsp
• Corn flour – 1 tsp
• Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
• A pinch – of Asafoetida
• Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Cut the baby corn into small pieces. Mix all the other ingredients.
- Add a little water and make it into a thick paste.
- Dip the baby corns in the mixture and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
