Ingredients:
• Curd-500gms, Chicken – 1kg, Fenugreek seeds (methi) – 1 tsp, Garlic (lahsun) – 3 tsp, Ginger (adrak) paste – 1 tsp, Green chilli (mirchi) paste – 1 tsp, salt to taste, Sugar to taste, oil
Method:
- Mix curd, 2 tsp garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli paste and chicken.
- Marinate for an hour.
- In a wok (kadai) add 4 tbsp oil.
- Add methi seeds and let it splutter.
- Add remaining garlic paste.
- Fry till it turns brown.
- Add the marinated chicken along with curd.
- Cook covered till chicken is tender.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
