Ingredients:

• 2 – packets ready-roll puff pastry
• 4-5 – potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – Corn
• 2 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – turmeric, Garam Masala powder each
• 1 – large onion, chopped fine
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. To make potato masala, heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds and add green chillies, spices and vegetables.
  2. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and stuff it with the potato masala.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes till they turn crispy.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
