
Ingredients:
• 2 – packets ready-roll puff pastry
• 4-5 – potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – Corn
• 2 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – turmeric, Garam Masala powder each
• 1 – large onion, chopped fine
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- To make potato masala, heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds and add green chillies, spices and vegetables.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and stuff it with the potato masala.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes till they turn crispy.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
