
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – thick Coconut Milk
• 2 mangoes, peeled, chopped
• 1 cup – jaggery, melted
• 2 bananas, sliced
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Melt jaggery fully in cold coconut milk.
- Add fruit and cardamom powder.
- Chill before serving.
- Cubed honeydew melon can also be used but by itself.
