Ingredients:

• 12 mangoes, preferably alphonso mangoes
• 1 cup – Milk
• ½ cup – Sugar
• 1tsp Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Soak the mangoes in water for 1 hour.
  2. Peel the skin and remove the pulp.
  3. In blender mix all the ingredients and blend to a smooth paste.
  4. Keep chilled in the fridge for at least 1hour before serving.
  5. Serve with hot puris or chappatis.
