
Ingredients:
• 12 mangoes, preferably alphonso mangoes
• 1 cup – Milk
• ½ cup – Sugar
• 1tsp Cardamom powder
Method:
- Soak the mangoes in water for 1 hour.
- Peel the skin and remove the pulp.
- In blender mix all the ingredients and blend to a smooth paste.
- Keep chilled in the fridge for at least 1hour before serving.
- Serve with hot puris or chappatis.
