Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – Fenugreek seeds, crushed together
• 1.5 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 – potatoes, cut into long slices and separately boiled
• 200 ml – curd, beaten well
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Dilute red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder in 2 tbsp of water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed jeera and fenugreek to it. Fry on low heat until it is fragrant.
  3. Add diluted spice mix and stir well on a low heat for 1 minute until the raw smell goes away.
  4. Add boiled potatoes and mix it well.
  5. Transfer all the ingredients into another bowl and mix it with beaten curd and salt.
