Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – Fenugreek seeds, crushed together
• 1.5 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 – potatoes, cut into long slices and separately boiled
• 200 ml – curd, beaten well
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Dilute red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder in 2 tbsp of water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed jeera and fenugreek to it. Fry on low heat until it is fragrant.
- Add diluted spice mix and stir well on a low heat for 1 minute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add boiled potatoes and mix it well.
- Transfer all the ingredients into another bowl and mix it with beaten curd and salt.
