Ingredients:
• 2 – Buns, sliced
• 2 – eggs
• 1/8 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Chopped Onions
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- In a bowl add the eggs, onions, green chillies and salt and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add the butter. When it melts spread it across the entire pan.
- Take a single slice of bun, dip it well into the egg mixture.
- Remove and place it on the pan and shallow fry it on a low heat till it turns golden and crispy.
- Flip it and repeat the same procedure on the next side.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
