Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – ground aniseed
• 25 g – ground Sugar candy
• half a Lime strained juice
• cracked ice
• 1 big glass water

Method:

  1. Put aniseed in water and bring it to a boil, boil for a few minutes.
  2. Cool and put in sugar candy, when it dissolves, strain and add lime juice.
  3. Chill and put in cracked ice before serving.
