Ingredients:
• 1 cup – peeled, chopped apples
• 1 cup – chopped Banana
• 1 cup – grated Carrot
• 1 cup – Milk or 1/2 cup – Milk powder
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Cook grated carrots in milk.
- Add the apple, banana and sugar and keep stirring till the apple and banana pieces are cooked and the halwa coagulates.
- Then add ghee and cardamom powder.
- Remove from the stove top and decorate with nuts of your choice.
