Ingredients:

• 1 cup – peeled, chopped apples
• 1 cup – chopped Banana
• 1 cup – grated Carrot
• 1 cup – Milk or 1/2 cup – Milk powder
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Cook grated carrots in milk.
  2. Add the apple, banana and sugar and keep stirring till the apple and banana pieces are cooked and the halwa coagulates.
  3. Then add ghee and cardamom powder.
  4. Remove from the stove top and decorate with nuts of your choice.
