Ingredients:

• Cabbage – 1/2 kg
• Carrot – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Cream – 2 tbsps
• Sugar – 2 tsps
• 1/4 cup – Peanuts
• 1/4 cup – Channa dal
• 1/4 cup – grated radish
• Salad oil – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
  2. Blend cabbage with roasted peanuts, channa dal (soaked in water and drained after 4 hours), and grated radish.
  3. Churn curd with cream, sugar, salt and salad oil to taste. Mix well and cool.
  4. Add grated carrot and chopped tomato.
  5. Once cooled, dress cabbage and radish salad with the curd mixture and serve.
