Ingredients:

• 5 – dried apricots, soaked overnight
• 2 – Ginger biscuits or cookies, crushed lightly
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 scoops – vanilla ice-cream
• 200 ml – chillid Milk

Method:

  1. Wash and chop apricots. Run biscuits in mixie, till powdered.
  2. Add apricots, sugar, and half cup milk.
  3. Run till smooth, add ice cream and remaining milk.
  4. Run again till smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour and serve immediately.
