• 8 – dried Apricots
• 3 tbsp – Honey
• 500 ml – fresh Orange juice
• 3 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Crushed ice as required
- Boil apricots with 3/4 cup of water in a small saucepan.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Add honey and cook for another five minutes.
- Remove from fire, cool and blend along with orange juice and lemon juice till smooth. Strain.
- Pour in tall glasses and serve topped with crushed ice.
