Ingredients:

• Asparagus – 1 bunch
• Sesame powder – 2.5 tbsp
• Aamchur powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Coriander – to garnish
• Coarsely grated Coconut – to garnish
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Turmeric powder – to taste
• Jeera powder – to taste
• Coriander powder – to taste
• Salt – to taste
• Sugar – to taste
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Cut asparagus into 1/2 inch pieces. Pressure cook them for about 6-7 whistles.
  2. Take them out, mash well and keep aside.
  3. Take oil in a flat pan. Let it heat.
  4. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splatter.
  5. Add all the masala powders and the mashed asparagus.
  6. Let it cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add sugar and sesame powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander and coconut.
