
Ingredients:
• Asparagus – 1 bunch
• Sesame powder – 2.5 tbsp
• Aamchur powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Coriander – to garnish
• Coarsely grated Coconut – to garnish
• Chilli powder – to taste
• Turmeric powder – to taste
• Jeera powder – to taste
• Coriander powder – to taste
• Salt – to taste
• Sugar – to taste
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
Method:
- Cut asparagus into 1/2 inch pieces. Pressure cook them for about 6-7 whistles.
- Take them out, mash well and keep aside.
- Take oil in a flat pan. Let it heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splatter.
- Add all the masala powders and the mashed asparagus.
- Let it cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar and sesame powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and coconut.
