Ingredients:

• 1 – Fully ripe sweet Mango

Method:

  1. Press mango nicely or rub it on the counter well so that lumps inside get released and mushy pulp gets ready within.
  2. Place a sieve on top of a bowl in which you would like to collect the pulp or aamras.
  3. Pinch the top off the mango and squeeze the pulp out of the mango during which the seed and the pulp will come out together
  4. Through the sieve let the pulp flow.
  5. Simple authentic tasty aamras is ready.
