
Ingredients:
• 1 cup white- puffed Rice
• 1 /2 cup -coconut grated
• 3/4 cup- granulated Sugar
• 5 spoonful – Milk
• Cardamom
• 1/4 cup -ghee
Method:
- Take the puffed rice and heat it in a fry pan. Stir well.
- Cool it for 5 minutes.
- Grind aval, coconut, sugar & cardamom in a mixie.
- Take a kadai (big one) heat it and add ghee to it.
- When the ghee is hot, add the ground ingredients and stir well.
- Stir for 3 minutes.
- Add milk to this and stir well for another 2 minutes.
- Turn off the gas after 5 minutes, shape it into lemon sized balls.
