Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Keep a frying pan on the stove. Put oil for heating, then add garlic, salt, onion and sallow fry them till light brown.
  2. Now add tomato, curry leaf and let it get cooked.
  3. Add coriander, chilli, turmeric all together and mix it well.
  4. Fry till the aroma comes.
  5. Now add tamarind water and let it boil, then slow heat for 6-7 min.
  6. Now add coconut and let the curry have one boil.
  7. Serve hot with anything like rice, chapattis, puris, etc.
