Ingredients:

• 50 g – Almonds (chopped)
• 250 g – sweetened condensed Milk
• 250 g – chocolate powder
• 200 g – khoya
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add chocolate powder first, then the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  3. Grate khoya and gently mix to the ingredients of the pan. Add in the almonds.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and stir well.
  5. Grease the pudding mould, pour the mixture into it and let it cool.
  6. Keep in the refrigerator for two hours and serve.
