Ingredients
Baigan 1/4 kg
Finney chopped onions 2 medium sized
Peanut pd Dry roasted 4 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli pd 1 tsp
Turmeric pd 1/2 tsp
Coriander pd 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Amchur pd 1/2tsp
Salt
(If u want can add Ginger garlic pst 2 tbsp)
oil 3-4 tbsp
How To Make?
Wash n put cross cut in baigan.
Mix well all d ingredients…. stuff this mix in baigans… Keep remaining mixture aside.
Heat 4 tbsp oil add stuffed baigan n cover it n cook for 4-5 mins on Slow flame.
Add remaining masala (stuffing ) n 2 cups water…. Cook covered on slow flame….. (If u want gravy then add water accordingly)
Garnish with coriander leaves..
Enjoy with roti.
