
Ingredients:
• 10 – bread slices
• 3/4 cup – Sugar (powdered in grinder)
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 – Egg
• 1/3 cup – broken Walnuts or tutti frutti
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• Butter – 1tsp.
Method:
- Soak the bread slices in milk and mash into a pulp.
- Add in the sugar, egg and essence and mix well.
- Finally add in the walnuts or tutti frutti and mix lightly.
- Put into a covered greased dish and steam in pressure cooker for 20 mins.
- When cool, invert the dish on to a plate.
