Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 cups – Onion
• 2 cups – Tomato
• 4 tsp – Jeera
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 6 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 4 tsp – Dhania powder
• oil as required
• salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and the onions. Fry until the onions are golden brown.
  2. Add the chicken, jeera, red chilli powder, dhania powder or any brand of chicken masala. Fry until light brown.
  3. Add water for the chicken to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes. Stir well and add salt.
  5. Allow the meat to be cooked. Serve with dosa, pulao, rice, paratha or chappathi.
