Ingredients:

• Beans – 200 g
• Channa dal – 1 cup
• Coconut (grated) – 1/2 cup
• Red Chilli – 3
• Salt to taste
• Hing -A pinch
• Oil – 3 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak the channa dal for an hour and grind along with coconut, red chillies and hing.
  2. Boil the beans.
  3. Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a kadhai and add the dal paste.
  4. Cook well with a little salt for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Add the boiled beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
