Ingredients:

• 2 – Beetroots
• 2 – Potatoes
• 50 g – soya granules
• 1 tsp – cornflour
• Salt as per taste
• oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Boil the beetroot and potatoes, and mash.
  2. Soak the soya bean granules in lukewarm water for 30 mins and then squeeze out the water.
  3. Mix the soya granules with the mashed beetroot, potato and salt. Make small balls.
  4. Make a thin paste with cornflour and water.
  5. Heat oil in the pan. Dip each ball in the cornflour paste and deep Fry it.
