Ingredients:
• 2 – Beetroots
• 2 – Potatoes
• 50 g – soya granules
• 1 tsp – cornflour
• Salt as per taste
• oil for cooking
Method:
- Boil the beetroot and potatoes, and mash.
- Soak the soya bean granules in lukewarm water for 30 mins and then squeeze out the water.
- Mix the soya granules with the mashed beetroot, potato and salt. Make small balls.
- Make a thin paste with cornflour and water.
- Heat oil in the pan. Dip each ball in the cornflour paste and deep Fry it.
