Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – rava
• 3/4 cup – Urad Dal
• 1.5 tsp – sour curds
• 1 – finely chopped Onion
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Soak urad dal overnight and then grind to a paste.
  2. Mix rava, salt, curd and urad dal paste and a little water to make a thin batter.
  3. Leave for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Mix chillies and onions to the thin batter.
  5. Heat pan with little butter.
  6. Spread the batter on the pan and cook on both sides, if desired.
  7. Make all dosa in the same way.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
