
Ingredients:
• Besan- 2 tbsp
• Potatoes – 1/2 kg
• onions(medium sized)- 4
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves – 5 to 6
• Urad Dal – 1/2 tbsp
• Channa dal – 1/2 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Green chillies – 2
• cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
• coriander powder – 1 tsp
• salt as per taste
Method:
- Cut onions into thin slices. Pressure cook potatoes and onions with 3 whistles. Peel the potatoes.
- Put oil in a sauce pan.
- Add ginger garlic paste, seeds, dal, turmeric and green chillies.
- Now add cooked onions and potatoes and fry for a while.
- In another bowl, take besan and make a paste with water.
- Add this paste to the slightly fried mixture. Add salt.
- Cook till everything gets blended well.
- Finally garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with pooris.
