Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Corn flakes or toasted noodles, crushed
• 1- tomato, finely chopped
• 1- onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – boiled Corn kernels (optional)
• 1- potato, boiled, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 tbsp -coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – green chutney
• 1 tbsp- Tamarind chutney
• 1/2 tsp- Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – fine sev (optional)

Method:

  1. Crush the noodles lightly.
  2. Toast them dry in a heavy pan, stirring continuously until light and crunchy. Cool, keep aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the onions, tomato, potato, corn and coriander.
  4. Just before serving, add the chutneys, salt, chaat masala and chilli powder.
  5. Add the noodles or cornflakes and mix gently by hand or with a spatula.
  6. Put in individual serving bowls, garnish with sev and coriander.
  7. Serve immediately.
