
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Bhetki Fillets
• 100 g – Cheese, grated
• 200 ml – oil
• 1 – whole Lime
• For marination:
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1 tsp – Green chilli
• Coriander paste (4 Green chillies ground with 1/2 bunch of Coriander leaves)
• For batter:
• 100 g – Corn flour
• 2 – eggs
• 1/4 cup – Milk
Method:
- Cut the fillets into rectangular pieces (medium size). Wash the fillets and pat it dry
- Mix all the ingredients of marination in a bowl
- Rub the fish with the marination
- Squeeze the lime juice in the marinated fillets and keep it for 4-5 hrs.
- Heat the oil for frying in non stick kadai.
- For batter, mix all the ingredients
- Now take out one fillet, rub over the grated cheese and dip it in the egg cornflour batter
- Deep fry it oil till golden brown.
- Repeat for the fillets
- Serve it hot.
