Ingredients:

• Bendi washed if big cut into half and slit at the ends
• 1 tsp – ginger&garlic paste
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt
• 3-4 tbsp – desiccated Coconut powder
• 1 – small Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• oil for cooking

Method:

  1. In a large bowl add bendi and rest of the ingredients mix well and keep aside for at least 1 hour.
  2. Then in a pan or karahi add oil and fry only the bendi till done.
  3. Add all the ingredients and fry till onion turns golden brown on low flame.
  4. Serve with rice or roti.
