
Ingredients:
• Bendi washed if big cut into half and slit at the ends
• 1 tsp – ginger&garlic paste
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt
• 3-4 tbsp – desiccated Coconut powder
• 1 – small Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• oil for cooking
Method:
- In a large bowl add bendi and rest of the ingredients mix well and keep aside for at least 1 hour.
- Then in a pan or karahi add oil and fry only the bendi till done.
- Add all the ingredients and fry till onion turns golden brown on low flame.
- Serve with rice or roti.
