
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 650 gms(breast/leg chopped)
• Green chillies paste – 1 tsp
• Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
• Pudina paste – 1 tsp
• Coriander paste – 1 tsp
• Onion paste – 4 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Red mirchi powder – 1.5 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• 2 pinches of Haldi
• 3 elachi(big)
• 8 Cloves
• 1 chekka(medium)
• 3/4 tsp – dhaniya powder
• 1/2 tsp – masala powder
• 1 onion, sliced
• Oil – 100 gm
• Curd – 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Method:
- Mix chicken with green chilli paste, pudina paste, coriander paste, onion paste, a pinch of turmeric powder, mirchi powder & salt smashed masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and curd.
- Mix well & marrinate 30 mins.
- Heat pan and pour oil in medium heat.
- Add jeera, chopped onion, chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste
- Add marinated chicken in the pan
- Keep on edium flame for 20 mins, till chicken is cooked. Garnish with chopped corainder leaves and serve hot.
