Ingredients:

• Chicken – 650 gms(breast/leg chopped)
• Green chillies paste – 1 tsp
• Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
• Pudina paste – 1 tsp
• Coriander paste – 1 tsp
• Onion paste – 4 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Red mirchi powder – 1.5 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• 2 pinches of Haldi
• 3 elachi(big)
• 8 Cloves
• 1 chekka(medium)
• 3/4 tsp – dhaniya powder
• 1/2 tsp – masala powder
• 1 onion, sliced
• Oil – 100 gm
• Curd – 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix chicken with green chilli paste, pudina paste, coriander paste, onion paste, a pinch of turmeric powder, mirchi powder & salt smashed masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and curd.
  2. Mix well & marrinate 30 mins.
  3. Heat pan and pour oil in medium heat.
  4. Add jeera, chopped onion, chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste
  5. Add marinated chicken in the pan
  6. Keep on edium flame for 20 mins, till chicken is cooked. Garnish with chopped corainder leaves and serve hot.
