
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Meat (cut and boiled)
• 1 cup – beaten Curd
• 1/2 cup – Meat stock
• 250 g – Onion juice (crushed Onions)
• 4 peeled and fried Potatoes
• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• 25 g – cleaned and boiled Charoli
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Saffron (heated and powdered)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grind 10 red chillies, 1 tsp. turmeric, 3 green chillies, 8 cloves of garlic, 1″ long piece of ginger.
- Now heat ghee and fry the whole spices, add to it the ground spices and fry well.
- Then add stock and meat, juice of crushed onions, salt, curd and saffron.
- When gravy goes thick, add the potatoes.
- Remove from fire and put into a dish with eggs.
- Sprinkle charoli or chironji on the top.
- Garnish it with sliced onions and tomatoes and serve lukewarm.
