Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 1 bunch – Spring onion
• 2 – big Cardamoms
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 5 to 6 – Mint leaves
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 1 inch – Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Cashew nut powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Make a paste of the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger and cardamoms.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and then add cinnamon and spring onions.
  3. After sauteeing the onion, add the paste and cook it well until oil separates.
  4. Then add 2 tbsp cashewnut powder and paneer.
  5. Add some water and let the paneer cook well in the masala
  6. Ready to serve.
