Ingredients:
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 1/2 tsp – finely chopped Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – Maida
• 1 cup – roasted vermicelli
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Boil and mash the potatoes. Boil the peas and grind it coarsely in a mixer. Add cheese, green chillies and salt.
- Make small balls of the mixture.
- Make a batter of maida.
- Dip the balls in the maida, roll it in the vermicelli and deep fry in oil.
