
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Spinach
• 200 g – Paneer
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 3 – eggs
• 300 g – cheese
• 50 g – Maida
• 1 tsp – salt
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, paneer, ghee, cheese, eggs, maida and salt until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer to a greased pan.
- Cook on high for 45 minutes, then reduce heat to low, and continue to cook for 1 hour.
