Ingredients:

• Gram flour (besan) – 1.5 cup
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Green chillies, finely chopped – 3
• Ginger, shredded – 1/2 inch
• Garlic – 6 Cloves
• Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
• 1 – finely chopped Onion
• 1 – finely chopped Tomato
• 1 – finely chopped jalapeno
• 1 cup – shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
• Water as per need
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix besan, green chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add salt, water and make a thin batter.
  3. Heat a tawa, drizzle with a little oil, and then pour a little batter on it.
  4. Spread in to a thin round and cook it on both sides.
  5. When done on one side , put onion, tomato, jalapenos and the cheeses.
  6. Cook till the cheeses melt.
  7. Then fold it and serve immediately with ketchup or chutneys or salsa.
