
Ingredients:
• Medium sized Bottle Gourd – 1
• Sugar – 1.5 cup
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Kaju pieces 2 tbsp
• Kismis – 8
• Elaichi powder
• Condensed Milk – 1 tin
Method:
- Remove the skin and seeds of the bottle gourd and grate it. Then fry in 2 tbsps of ghee for 10 mins.
- Add sugar and stir for 15-20 mins.
- Add condensed milk and stir till the mix thickens.
- Now fry kaju and kismis in a little ghee. Add elaichi, and serve hot or cold.
