
Ingredients:
• 1 – large ripe Avocado
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 inch piece – ginger, peeled
• 8 to 10 – fresh Mint leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 – Lemon juice extracted
• salt to taste
Method:
- Peel, de-seed, chop and mash avocado with a fork.
- Blend chillies, ginger, salt in a small mixie till crushed.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend to a smooth creamy pulp.
- Empty into a glass or ceramic bowl, chill till required.
- Serve with crisp nachos, fritters or even chunks of fresh raw cucumbers, etc.
