Ingredients:
• 4 – bread slices
• 2 – eggs
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 cup – seasonal vegetables, diced
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tsp – chilli Tomato sauce
• Salt to taste
• 1 to 2 tsp – Oil to cook
Method:
- Heat 2 tsps of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and the other vegetables.
- Break 2 eggs into the same pan and fry well.
- Add salt and keep stirring.
- Cut bread into 1-inch squares and add to the eggs. Mix well.
- Pour 1 tsp of soya sauce and 2 tsp chilli tomato sauce.
- Gently mix for a couple of minutes on low flame.
- Cover with a lid for about a minute to cook. Then serve.
