Ingredients:

• For filling:
• 2 medium sized boiled Potatoes
• 1 large Onion
• 1 tbsp cumin powder
• 1″ piece Ginger
• 2 Green chillies
• 3 slices of bread
• salt
• For dough, knead:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Grind green chillies and ginger together and add to potatoes.
  3. Wet the bread slices (don’t remove the sides) and mash it with the potatoes.
  4. Add cumin powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Make balls and keep aside.
  6. Now divide the dough into small balls. Take a ball, pat and make it flat.
  7. Place the filling ball over it. Cover properly and roll into parathas.
  8. Shallow fry both sides.
  9. Serve it with chutney or sauce.
