Ingredients:
• For filling:
• 2 medium sized boiled Potatoes
• 1 large Onion
• 1 tbsp cumin powder
• 1″ piece Ginger
• 2 Green chillies
• 3 slices of bread
• salt
• For dough, knead:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 tsp salt
Method:
- Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Grind green chillies and ginger together and add to potatoes.
- Wet the bread slices (don’t remove the sides) and mash it with the potatoes.
- Add cumin powder and salt and mix well.
- Make balls and keep aside.
- Now divide the dough into small balls. Take a ball, pat and make it flat.
- Place the filling ball over it. Cover properly and roll into parathas.
- Shallow fry both sides.
- Serve it with chutney or sauce.
